Guests appreciate the dog-friendly atmosphere and the pleasant surroundings, perfect for relaxing. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean facilities and a welcoming staff. Amenities such as a carport and a kitchen add to the convenience of the stay.

The location was super convenient right off the highway, which made it easy to find. Plus, the room was clean and welcoming, allowing us to bring along our furry pals without any hassle.

The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every single sound from our neighbors. the room felt more like a rustic shed than a cozy retreat, with dated furniture and overall lack of upkeep.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and clean. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring a comfortable stay. the garden area was lovely to sit and relax, providing a peaceful view. the location close to the Turangi township was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and activities.

One area that could be improved is soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noises from neighboring units, which disrupted the peace and quiet at times.

Staff warmed the unit up for us and made it easy for a late night check-in. It felt like stepping into a cozy cocoon after a long journey, just like slipping into your favorite fuzzy slippers at the end of a chilly day.

the staff were exceptionally friendly and even lent me fishing gear, making my exploration of the nearby river more enjoyable. I appreciated the convenient parking right by my unit and the easy access to the town center, making it a breeze to grab meals or groceries.

Everything was up to par; no significant issues arose.

The database provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. the room even had a floor-standing electric heater that came in handy on chilly evenings.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times, making it difficult to work online.

the retro feel was charming, and the spacious apartments were perfect for our family. the setting near the river and Mt. Ruapehu was ideal for fishing and hiking. the fully equipped kitchen made us feel right at home, and the warm hospitality from Ross and Pip was truly delightful. can't wait to book here again!
