I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo because it provides 6 meeting rooms available for events, a 24-hour business center, and a 24-hour front desk. The location in the business district was convenient.

The only service that I missed for my work was reliable and high-speed internet access.

I stayed at Plaza Paitilla Inn only for transit during my travel, and the convenience of being only 10 km away from Paitilla is excellent. The hotel also provided a great view of Panama Bay from the rooms, adding a pleasant touch to the stay.

The lack of proper lighting in the room and hallways was a minor inconvenience.

The first time, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. This place suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and 24-hour reception are highlights. I'm returning for Christmas.

The Plaza Paitilla Inn was a delightful stay with its panoramic views of Panama Bay and the city skyline. The room was well-equipped with a mini-bar, a flat-screen cable TV, and a coffee maker, providing all the comforts one could need. The outdoor pool and leisure facilities such as karaoke and billiard tables added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay.

The only minor downside was some issues with the cleanliness and room maintenance. The database mentioned some areas could use a little improvement, which was noticeable during my stay.

Great location, close to stores and a scenic area of Cinta Costera. the front desk staff were kind and attentive, making check, in and check, out a breeze. the remodeled rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There was a lot of noise during the day due to ongoing construction work in the hotel. Additionally, our rooms did not have refrigerators anymore, and there were no ice makers on the floors or snacks available for purchase in the rooms.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly, and the omelette from the breakfast egg station was delicious. The hotel also had a fitness center and convenient location for walking to old town.

Felt safe and had no complaints.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival. The staff at Plaza Paitilla Inn went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us navigate the city. The breakfast menu offered a variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the special Sunday breakfast with delightful sweets and cakes. The taxi service provided by the hotel was reliable and affordable, ensuring we could easily explore the city. The breathtaking views from our room's floor-to-ceiling windows added to the overall experience.

The only drawback we experienced was the soft and wobbly beds, which made it a bit uncomfortable when sharing with a partner. Additionally, the windows in the room were single-pane glass and felt a bit unsafe, considering we were on the 14th floor.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was within walking distance to the grand theatre of life from there and there were so many good restaurants nearby. the hotel was conveniently located near a mall where I could go shopping.

The service at the front desk was not up to par. The staff was not courteous and didn't handle check-in and check-out efficiently.

Great breakfast with lots of variety, and amazing sea view from swimming pool and rooms. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Staff are very welcoming and attentive to requirements. The location is ideal for exploring the area and surroundings. AC works perfectly.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Panama City and it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect - right in the center of town with easy access to anywhere I wanted to go. The area itself was nice and felt safe. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome. Thirdly, the rooms had a wonderful view, especially the ones with an ocean-side view. It was a great way to start each day. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with freshly made smoothies and a good variety of options. It was a satisfying way to fuel up for the day.

There were a few aspects that I did not like about the hotel. the internet was extremely slow or even non-existent, which was a major inconvenience, especially for business travelers.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of town. It's in a nice area with easy access to anywhere in town. We loved that it was within walking distance of a mall with various stores and a food court. Plus, there was a convenient store right across the hotel.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of sweet and savory options. I loved the beautiful pool and patio area, perfect for relaxing. The hotel's location at the edge of the Cinta Costera made it convenient for enjoyable walks along the shoreline. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip.
