Recently renovated, modern rooms impressed me. Staff, though limited in English, made effort to communicate. Rooftop "hot" tub provided relief from the heat. Great experience with quick room changes and accommodating staff. Steady wifi, variety on TV, 24hr staff, all at a good price and convenient location.

My stay at Residencial & Hotel Palazzo was comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space for my luggage. The bed sheets were fresh and the bathroom was well-maintained. The TV worked perfectly and there was free internet, although the signal was not very strong. Despite the minor inconveniences, like the occasional noise from the hallway and the lack of hot water in the shower, overall I had a satisfactory experience. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

During my Easter vacation, I found two very nice complementary bonuses, which were a great start to my day. the location of the place was great, so I was able to easily explore the nearby attractions. One great advantage was the beautiful rooftop pool which provided a lovely view of the city.

the bed was very hard which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, the Wi-fi was extremely poor, and I was not able to connect in my room most of the time.

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are really reasonable and you get your basic amenities, like air conditioning in the room, included in the price. Plus, breakfast or coffee is included, which is always a nice touch. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they also provide easy access to taxis or the Metro. And the hotel's location is amazing – close to everything in the city.
