This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the attention to detail was excellent. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Secondly, the location was perfect - close to everything, yet incredibly peaceful, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. And lastly, the basic amenities provided were top-notch, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the relaxing jacuzzi with its wonderful jungle view. The breakfast spread was also a delight, offering a variety of options to satisfy our appetites.

During my stay at Villa Alejandro, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of downtown Boquete from the upstairs suite. The two-person jetted tub was a luxurious treat, although it did take quite some time to fill. The host, Alejandro, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He provided us with a personalized map of Boquete, recommended wonderful places to visit, and was always available to answer our questions. The hummingbird sanctuary in the front yard was a delightful surprise, and we loved being able to walk just a few blocks into town for dinner. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the availability of clean towels and laundry service. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Alejandro.

I did have a bit of trouble sleeping due to the bright lights outside our window, which made the room quite bright even with the curtains closed. Thicker curtains would have helped create a more comfortable sleeping environment.

This hotel was a great choice! It's located very close to the main plaza of the city which makes everything accessible but the area is still very peaceful. Rooms are well taken care of and have spacy bathrooms. The staff is very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. Also, breakfast is delicious!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main road with its restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided accurate advice with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a small but adequate kitchen. The gardens were absolutely beautiful, attracting a variety of hummingbirds. We also enjoyed the free coffee provided and the hundreds of TV channels available.

While there were some minor inconveniences, such as the tub taking a long time to fill and the floor squeaking, they did not significantly affect our stay. there were a few issues with housekeeping, as there was no daily service and the bins were not emptied.

We appreciated the complementary warm blankets and hot coco to help us beat the chilly weather. the location of the hotel was spot-on, just a short walk to the main street, where all the festive activities took place. the stunning garden view from the terrace was an extra treat for our eyes.

The payment method we were hoping to use was not accepted, which was unexpected. However, the communal kitchen and living area were welcoming, and the staff was helpful when we needed some information.
