The hotel was overpriced, and the key card system malfunctioned multiple times, causing frustration and inconvenience. the customer service was lacking and did not show much concern for the issues that arose during the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Andina in Chiclayo! The room was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations. The restaurant served delicious food, and I especially loved the Pisco Sour Caroline. The hotel's massage services were affordable and provided a truly relaxing experience.

The shuttle service back to the airport only runs twice a day, which may not be convenient for all guests.
