I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Puno. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and square of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms and bathrooms spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, confirming reservations and even making breakfast early for our pick up to the lake. The hotel facilities were great, with complimentary bottled water and coca candy in the rooms. The beds were really cozy and the rooms were cool, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The suite we stayed in on our first night was amazing, with a comfortable bed, spacious layout, and a nice bathroom. The location was also perfect, with a great shopping and entertainment area right behind the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during a strike in the city. They allowed us to extend our stay at a very affordable rate and even helped us organize our onward trip.

The morning meal could have been improved by providing hotter options, especially in the restaurant where we felt a bit cold during dinner.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with big bathrooms and nice showers. the included breakfast was surprisingly complete, with a variety of options like cereals, quinoa, scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, made to order. the location was great, near the main tourist street and the main plaza.

The WI-FI access points were badly placed, so there was no signal from the rooms. This resulted in people sitting in the hallways with their phones and devices trying to get a signal.
