We arrived in Cusco tired after a long flight and were pleasantly surprised when someone was waiting for us at the airport with a sign bearing our name. They provided us with a free taxi to the hotel, taking away the stress of finding our way and arranging transportation. The hotel location is perfect, right off the Plaza de Armas, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at the hotel was warm and welcoming, taking the time to show us everything on a map and providing us with tea or coffee. They even went above and beyond to work with our tours to ensure we had the best experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located off the main plaza with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and arranged dinner reservations for us. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and saved us from going out. The rooms were spacious, with hot water and strong wifi.

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, providing anything we needed. The rooms were cozy and the lounge/breakfast area was a nice place to relax. The location was perfect, just off the main square, and the views from the patio were stunning. The hotel also provided complimentary Coca tea and oxygen for those needing assistance with the altitude. The WiFi was reliable and the showers were great. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing experience at Tierra Viva in Puno and thought this hotel chain would be a great value for money for our other nights in Peru. the location, just two minutes from the main Plaza de Armas, was fantastic. the breakfast buffet was small but satisfying, with fresh exotic fruits and puffed quinoa. We also appreciated the availability of coca tea and oxygen if needed.

The noise levels at night were unbearable due to the hotel's location next to a street with nightclubs. We couldn't sleep until 5 am because of the loud music and drunken people screaming outside.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main square which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, especially those on the upper floors with windows to the outside and a bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast is great with plenty of choices for all tastes.

The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the gesture of offering cocoa tea upon arrival. a fantastic stay at a great price.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was fantastic! the staff was very welcoming, providing us two complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shopping. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. the view from the terrace was amazing.

The noise level was excessive, there was loud music all night long, which made it difficult to sleep. the Wi-Fi connection was poor, we had to go downstairs to use it.
