The property was impeccably clean, and the sheets smelled fresh and sanitized. We appreciated the free drinking water delivery, which was a nice bonus. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the location was strategic, with restaurants, a mall, and public transportation conveniently nearby. the room was quiet and offered a nice view of the pool. We were pleased to find that the basic utensils and toiletries were provided, and the hot water in the bath and working bidet were a plus. it was an excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at Affordable Makati Serviced Apartments for a business trip and it was a great choice. The location was convenient, with a mall and convenient stores nearby. I appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, even though I did not use it. The pool access was hassle-free and I enjoyed the pool time. The host and the guards were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and had a good view of the city. great value for money.

Convenient location - We loved the fact that the hotel was centrally located and close to public transportation. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby restaurants and attractions.

Unpleasant odor - When we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smell that lingered. Although it did dissipate after a few hours of having the windows open, it was not a pleasant first impression.

The location was excellent, with shops and cafes on the first floor of the condo complex. The view from my room was stunning, and on clear days, I even got a glimpse of the ocean. The staff was friendly and responsive, making sure my needs were taken care of.

I recently had a wonderful time staying at the Beacon in Makati. the room was clean and looked brand new, and the location was perfect. the WiFi was good and there were free refills of drinking water. the room was also cleaned every 2 days, which was a nice touch. Joseph, the porter, was extremely helpful and reliable. the proximity to shopping malls and restaurants in the area was a major plus. I will definitely be coming back to the Beacon on my next holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Affordable Makati Serviced. The fully furnished accommodation had excellent amenities, including free alkaline drinking water and a swimming pool for our use. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our family staycation memorable. The location was ideal, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed the great view of the fireworks display during the New Year. We highly recommend Affordable Makati Serviced and definitely plan to return in the future!
