The hotel's location in the Makati business district is amazing! You'll find yourself right in the heart of everything, but away from the unseemly areas. The staff is great, and the basic amenities in the room are comfortable and well-maintained. Plus, waking up to a view of the Makati area from a higher level is just breathtaking!

All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms with great views. Eco-friendly with reusable glass bottles for drinking water. Fantastic breakfast with many choices, fresh yoghurt, and seasonal fruit juice. Firefly Rooftop bar offers incredible sunset views. Convenient luggage storage and reliable transportation to the airport at reasonable rates.

The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, ensuring a memorable stay. The room was exceptional, with top-notch cleanliness and plenty of towels. The hotel facilities were great, including a rooftop pool. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the airport and surrounded by a bustling tourist area with lots of dining options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with friendly and courteous staff providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was well equipped and very clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel's rooftop restaurant offered a spectacular view of the city and had great service. The location was ideal, with several shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance in the Makati area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were exceptionally courteous and gave excellent service, particularly in the breakfast area and also in the top floor restaurant. We appreciated the range of amenities available, including the leisure spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. The rooftop pool and garden area were also fantastic, with great city views and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the facilities we needed, including a kitchenette, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The location was excellent too, in a very good area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The view from our room was breathtaking. The rooftop bar and pool area were fantastic, with live music and a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had an impressive selection of Asian and Western dishes. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful amenities and pleasant stay.

the spa and wellness centre were exceptional, offering an array of massage options including full body massage and a sauna. the rooftop pool was a major highlight, featuring sun loungers and a poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the location. While there were plenty of restaurants nearby and the hotel had a garden area, it was a bit of a drive to get to the malls and some areas of the city.

Loved everything about the place. Comfortable rooms with all the expected amenities. Awesome rooftop pool and bar to unwind. Great variety of nearby restaurants. Excellent breakfast. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym are well-maintained and well-equipped. Attentive staff.

I recently stayed at City Garden Grand for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. The rooftop had stunning views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection, especially the bacon. The room was clean with great A/C and the wifi was reliable. Grab app rides were cheap and convenient for getting around. The location was safe to walk at night, with clubs and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend trying the local food at Barrio Fiesta.

Located in a bustling district, it's a great overall experience with convenient places nearby and a quick drive to the red light district. Stay in spacious, comfortable rooms and enjoy the good breakfast that caters to different tastes. Outstanding service and a pleasing aesthetic.

The lobby can be busy at times due to the hotel's popularity.
