As a couple, we loved the cultural ambiance of the hotel with its beautiful artwork and sculptures representing the mix of Philippine culture. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The staff was extremely courteous and always had a smile on their faces. The relaxing atmosphere of the place was perfect for some quality "me" time. The complimentary welcome drink and ride to nearby shopping areas were a nice touch. The maintenance and cleanliness of the property were commendable, with staff constantly ensuring everything was in impeccable condition. The beachfront lounging area was an added bonus for enjoying the view.

Lovely resort getaway in the area. Liked the staff, very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable beds, great aircon, and a beautiful well-maintained beach. Lots of space to lounge and soak up the sun. the breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of options. the property was very clean and had good wifi. There was also a nice small gym for those who like to stay active on vacation.

Disliked the location a bit because it was a bit out of the way. Although the resort had everything you needed, it was still a bit of a hassle to get a taxi to go to the supermarket, restaurants, etc.

This hotel is a great place to stay for a relaxing break. The staff were super friendly and the pool and beach were great! The location is perfect, not too far from the airport and on the beachfront. We loved the basic amenities provided in the room, especially the rooms with a nice view and shower. Breakfast was also worth the money, with delicious options including pancakes and omelets.

All in all, this hotel was worth the money and we had a great stay.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast omlet bar offered a wide variety of food and beer served in frozen glasses was very refreshing. The resort had a great ambience and a relaxing feeling. The beautiful yard and swimming pool were impressive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! This place is located at the ocean side which is amazing. The hotel is on the beachfront which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the welcome drink that was offered upon our arrival. The staff here, from the receptionist up to the cleaner, were so polite and friendly that we immediately felt welcome. The room amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities also impressed us. Furthermore, their staff with the manager made us feel so comfortable and gave us great service.

For families, this hotel is highly recommended.

The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the beach. We were greeted with a complimentary beverage upon checking in. The breakfast choices were good and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The security team at the entrance made us feel safe. The boardwalk and ocean view were very relaxing. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus to the mall.

We had an amazing time at Costabella Tropical Beach! Our stay was for 5 nights and we were blown away by the luxurious surroundings and friendly staff. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views. The pools were the perfect temperature and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is located close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. However, it is far from any other shops or restaurants, which can be an issue. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of activities for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have good amenities and comfortable beds.

The location by the beach was amazing and the pool area was really nice. The comfortable bed made for a fantastic stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even lending us a wheelchair for my mom. The free bike rentals were a great way to explore the area.

We spent our New Year in a beach resort and it was amazing! the complimentary fruit basket and drinks were a nice touch. the resort is located near a lot of restaurants and shops, making it a convenient location. Our room had a great view and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. the staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food at the restaurant was not up to our expectations. We had to look for other options outside the resort after the first try.
