During our romantic escape, we found the hotel staff to be friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to assist us and made us feel valued as guests. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was centrally located, allowing us easy access to various attractions and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our getaway.

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. One issue was the cleanliness of the showerheads, which could have been better.

There were a couple of disappointing aspects during my stay. there was a limited variety in the a la carte menu offered at the restaurant.

The staffs were incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and respectful. The room was spacious and had a nice view. We enjoyed strolling along Roxas Blvd, especially because it was the first time for my grandchildren. The hotel had a great swimming area and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and all of our requests were promptly fulfilled. The hotel is managed to a very high standard, evident in the friendly and helpful staff, superb room cleaning, and top-notch facilities. The food at Corniche restaurant was also impressive. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with excellent service and amenities, I highly recommend Diamond Hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, accommodating us even before the check-in time. the room service food was amazing, and the overall service from the valet to housekeeping was top-notch.

The security measures at the entrance of the hotel were quite strict and unexpected, with all luggage being checked by a drug-sniffing dog. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have our belongings searched each time we entered the hotel.

Spent Xmas with family and it was awesome! the hotel location was perfect since it was just a few minutes walk away from the shopping centers. the view from the top floors was breathtaking, especially when we saw the fireworks at midnight. They also gave us complimentary drinks and pastries as part of their Xmas celebration. Our room was spacious and clean, and we had a comfortable bed to sleep in. the staff were accommodating and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the pool area since it was not crowded and we had it all to ourselves.

The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced and the selection of food was limited. the noise from the streets below was audible especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff at the Diamond Hotel. Special mention goes to Miss Roselle, Miss Axza, and Mr. Neo from the King Club, who made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and great attitude. The service at the hotel was unmatched, and the pool personnel and the person who volunteered to assist us with our luggage upon checkout were a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the room was top-notch, with excellent food and prompt room service. The hotel provided the best experience we've had in Manila.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Manila, I was impressed with the luxurious ambiance and facilities. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel special throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful Yurakuen restaurant and the caring and empathetic service I received at the Corniche.

I found that the hotel's Wi-Fi was limited to only 10 hours a day without an additional charge, which was disappointing considering the high price of the stay. Additionally, the food at the hotel was extremely expensive for the Philippines, which was a letdown.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Malate area, making it easy to travel to Makati and the international airport. There is also a mall nearby, offering convenience for shopping and dining. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the entertainment district of the city, providing plenty of options for nightlife and entertainment. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with clean bathrooms and good quality toiletries. The staff are helpful and courteous, and the check-in process is efficient. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities, including a Japanese restaurant and bar, and the breakfast served is of good quality.

One downside is that the service hotline often goes unanswered, and guests are required to visit the reception for wake-up calls. Ordering from room service can also be challenging, with delayed responses and potential for unavailable dishes.
