I had a wonderful stay at Raffles Makati! The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special, surprising us with a bottle of wine and delicious cheesecake. The breakfast at Mireio was delightful, and the huge bathroom with a bath tub was a hit with my kids. The bidet was also a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the nearby malls. You can easily walk to 3 huge malls in just 1-2 minutes, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with high-end appliances, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The breakfast at the hotel offers a wide variety of cuisine, including Filipino delicacies, ensuring a delightful start to your day.

The gym and pool area could be improved with better maintenance.

From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed by the range of services offered, from the 24/7 concierge assistance provided by Mark at the Raffles Residence to the delicious breakfast and cocktails included in our reasonable rate. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of four shopping malls, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city.

Agreeable and efficient front desk officers and concierges. Personalized service by Rainer and Rey. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms with excellent housekeeping. Quality food at the Spectrum restaurant. The pianist in the lobby. Staff at the Mireio restaurant were superb and excellent! Spacious room with comfortable design bathroom.

During my stay at the hotel, I really enjoyed the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were attentive, polite, and quick to respond to any requests or concerns I had. the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options and the efficient ordering process made it a breeze to get my desired meal. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast for guests checking out early in the morning, a thoughtful gesture that I haven't experienced at other high, end hotels.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. upon arrival, the check, in process lacked the personal touch I was expecting.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spacious room had exclusive facilities and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the staff's exceptional service and attention to detail made me feel pampered.

The outdoor swimming pool was not as big as I expected, but still an enjoyable experience. my experience at this venue was outstanding.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even offered to change my room due to noise issues. The breakfast was delicious and the efficient order system made it hassle-free. The takeaway breakfast for my early departure was a thoughtful touch. The hotel truly cares about their guests and I highly recommend it. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
