We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the gardens was lovely, offering a tropical ambiance and a slightly elevated position. The proximity to the beach was awesome, perfect for enjoying the sand and sea. The rooms and hotel itself were clean and spacious. Although the hotel is quite old and could use some maintenance, it was still very clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always attending to our every need. Special mention to Ms. Nelly and Patty for their exceptional service. We also want to highlight the trainees at this hotel. They worked so hard and showed great attention to detail, a credit to their training. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable resort experience.

With the beach just footsteps away, guests can enjoy the convenience of being able to relax and unwind by the sea. The rooms, though average, provide a comfortable stay with clean bathrooms and sufficient amenities. The service, overall, is satisfactory with efficient airport pick-up transfers and friendly staff ready to assist. The breakfast offers a decent selection of local and continental options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Some areas of the resort require better maintenance, especially the pool nearest the beach, which had an excessive amount of sand and needed cleaning.

It was also away from the overcrowded Station 2 area, but still close enough to the action if I wanted to explore. The breakfast had a good variety of fruits and the swimming pool was ok. the location was also great, near the beach and Grotto was just a few minutes walk.

The staff were not very welcoming upon arrival and our room was not ready even though we arrived after the check-in time. the room was small and there was a weird smell.
