Great view and cozy atmosphere. Ideal for small events or intimate gatherings. the food was decent and the service was okay. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Parking was limited but manageable. Key location facts: overlooking a lake with a volcano view and close to popular restaurants. One advantage was the attentive staff who were friendly and polite.

The room cleaning service needed to be requested and the replenishing of basic toiletries, like toilet paper and bottled water, was inconsistent. the manager could be bossy, but was helpful when approached in a stand-your-ground manner.
