This place is located in a historic area in a quiet side street just off one of the Main Streets leading up to the main square. It is also close to the Jewish district. The staff were absolutely phenomenal with a good customer service. They were so informative, attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel offers excellent service such as free toiletries, mini-bar, and room service. It also has a fitness centre, sun terrace, 24-hour reception and bar/lounge area. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained and have plenty of amenities such as a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The dining restaurant has a delicious menu and great value.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the powerful showers were a rejuvenating treat. I appreciated the mini bar and thoroughly enjoyed spending evenings at the restaurant and bar. Even though it was a bit further from the main square, it was conveniently located between the square and the Jewish quarter. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in Krakow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the city center and main attractions within easy walking distance. We never needed to use public transportation as everything was so close by. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were comfortable. We also loved the fresh breakfasts that were served each morning. The staff were brilliant - very helpful, polite, and pleasant. the hotel facilities and location to the main square and restaurants were great.

The hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to the old town but far enough away that it wasn't a really noisy area. It was also within walking distance of all the landmarks, including the Schindler factory. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with an excellent bed. The staff at the reception were very friendly and professional.

The service at the hotel's restaurant was not up to par. The waiter seemed confused and made a few mistakes, like bringing the wrong dressing and forgetting tableware.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold items, with fresh pastries and fruits. The live piano music in the restaurant added a nice touch to the morning ambiance. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would consider it again.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the hotel's excellent location for exploring the city on foot. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk in any direction. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, with excellent English. The room was exceptional, with a super king size bed and a large bathroom with shower, bath, and underfloor heating. We even got daily free water and a small newspaper update every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with prosecco, cakes, and croissants continually replenished. The hotel's courtyard with sunbeds and tables was a great place to relax. We also appreciated the 10% discount on evening meals for hotel guests.

Had an incredible Christmas stay! the hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We even received complimentary champagne in our room, such a nice touch for the holidays. the rooms were always clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. the location was absolutely perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the key attractions. We loved exploring the nearby Jewish quarter and Ghetto. Plus, the buffet breakfast was top-notch, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Definitely a great way to start each day!

The only downside we experienced was the limited food options at the hotel's restaurant. As somewhat picky eaters, we found that the menu mainly consisted of fancy dishes that didn't quite suit our taste.

We had a great time at Metropolitan Boutique. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette. The hotel is close to the vibrant Jewish Quarter and there's a lovely outdoor area for meals and drinks. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Highly recommend the hotel for its location and amazing service.
