We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the main square and just a short walk from the railway station. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The breakfast was delicious and served right in our room. We also loved the cozy decor and the comfortable bed. It was truly a wonderful experience!

the location was perfect for us as it was just across from the park and University. We were able to explore the city easily, with a 5-minute walk to the main Market Square. there were plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They promptly answered any of our email queries and even arranged taxis for our trips and airport transfers, which were always punctual. Our two-bedroom apartment was excellent, equipped with everything we needed. the wifi worked well, keeping my daughter happy. the self-catering facilities looked well-equipped, although we didn't use them much. the chocolates and welcome note upon arrival were a nice touch, and we even received chocolates as a parting gift. it was a fantastic experience and we couldn't think of anything to improve upon.

I recently stayed at Novumhouse in Krakow for a short getaway. The studio apartment was exactly as pictured, clean and had stunning views from the windows. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main square and close to tram stations. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, even though the reception was not in operation. The breakfast was lovely and the property had a great kitchenette with all the utensils needed for meal preparation. a wonderful experience.

One of the best things about this hotel is its unbeatable location in the heart of the city center. It's just off the main square, so you can easily explore all the attractions on foot. The hotel also offers great value for money, with well-equipped rooms and modern furnishings. The attention to detail is evident, from the comfortable bed with air conditioning/heating in the bathroom, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all provided, making it a hassle-free experience. The breakfast spread is also worth mentioning, as it offers a wide variety of options to start your day right.

Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, great ensuite bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. Very clean with high-quality toiletries and towels provided. Great location, easy to explore Krakow. Paid a discounted price of £113 for 4 nights.

The location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of TV channels. I also appreciated the toiletries provided in the bathroom.

The noise from the street was quite loud, including the sound of the passing trams. there was some construction work nearby which started early in the morning.

Ideal location, comfortable and modern room, peaceful sleep, friendly and English-speaking staff, breakfast served in room, well-equipped kitchenette.

I had a wonderful stay at Novumhouse. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and close to stores, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. The kitchenette was well-equipped for preparing meals, and the bathroom had all the necessary cosmetics and towels. The young and helpful staff made me feel welcome, and I particularly appreciated the option to store my luggage. Novumhouse provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

Great location, 5 mins to main square & 15 mins to Jewish quarter. Large, clean room with everything you need. Very helpful staff, quick response when locked out. Excellent wifi. Close to train & bus station. Would definitely stay again.
