We got a great bang for our buck, with a luxurious and perfect apartment at Vistula Apartments in Krakow. The location was excellent, with a tram right next to the hotel that took us everywhere in no time. The staff, especially Artur, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping us with airport transfers, organizing trips, and even arranging special surprises in our room upon arrival. Communication was a breeze, thanks to Artur using Whatsapp, and everyone spoke excellent English.

The morning meal could have been better with the addition of sachets of milk.

The apartment itself was luxurious, with modern furniture and a lovely balcony to relax on. It was also conveniently located, with shops nearby and the old town just a short walk away. The English-speaking staff made it easy to get information and arrange taxis, and the use of Whatsapp was a bonus. a fantastic stay and we would definitely choose Vistula Apartments again.
