The villa was spacious and well-equipped with a great shower and provided toiletries. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrobes were included. Daily cleaning service and a fantastic spa with an indoor pool added to the enjoyable stay. a delightful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. the Villas were spacious and perfect for a family with kids. We loved the ample space and the well-equipped kitchen. the cleanliness of the villa was impressive, and the beds were comfortable. the highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool and the stunning views from our balcony. the resort staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the kids also enjoyed the swimming pool and kids club. it was a fantastic experience at Vale Da Lapa Village Resort.

Great accommodation, spacious and clean apartment. the breakfast was good and offered a good variety of options. the location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible.

The reception was disorganized and the staff was not very helpful. the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work properly.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel for our annual trip to Portugal. The large bungalow with double bedrooms was perfect for our group, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a peaceful stay. The hotel's attentive service, including tips for nearby beaches and restaurants, added a personal touch to our experience. The continental breakfast, delivered to our room, was a great convenience, and the location just 5 minutes from Carvoeiro's center was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

This resort is ideally located, with a lovely beach just a short distance away, making it perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that everything is clean and tidy. In addition, the breakfast offered is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.

Some of the staff at reception could use some customer service training in handling complaints.

The villas were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the gardens were kept pristine. It was great to have plenty of choices for breakfast in a clean and spacious dining area. the location was nice and quiet, providing a relaxing environment to unwind.

While some staff members were friendly, others could have been more helpful and accommodating. the villa we stayed in had some minor issues like uncomfortable bedding.

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities, especially the spa centre, were exceptional. the massage and facial treatments provided were rejuvenating, and we loved the jacuzzi. the sun terrace and the garden area made our experience even more comfortable. the food was scrumptious too.

the indoor swimming pool was closed for renovation.
