Great location in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms and common areas were beautifully designed and meticulously clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, featuring local foods. The air conditioning in the room was perfect and quiet.

Some minor inconveniences like noise from the street and hallway conversations carrying into the rooms. The bathroom had a noisy fan and only one key was provided for a room of two persons.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautifully converted former school building that preserved historic features such as the original stone floor and staircase. The high ceilings and entryways flooded every space with lots of light. The location in the town center was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The breakfast offered a large selection that was thoughtfully presented, with delicious homemade cake and sweets included. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and engaging, always quick to meet our every need.

Just returned from a charming stay in Ponta Delgada. Casa Do Pateo was truly delightful, offering a central location, delicious homemade breakfast, and a thoughtful packed breakfast for our early flight. the staff even surprised me with a birthday cake! the house had a lovely terrace, high ceilings, and an elevator. They also provided a convenient parking garage. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, even ordering taxis for us. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The room and bathroom were very good, with a nice balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with a large variety to choose from.

We had a truly charming stay at Casa do Pateo. the house is adorable and in a great location. the breakfasts were delicious, with homemade cakes and pastries, and they even packed us a breakfast to take with us on our early flight. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond, even baking a little cake for my birthday. the rooms were spacious and beautiful, with high ceilings and a nice terrace. They even provide a parking spot in a nearby garage. it was a great experience.
