I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and bright, and the bathroom was charming and clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and just a short walk to the beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful pool and a helpful staff. The staff, especially Mafalda, provided exceptional service and was always friendly and available. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with daily room cleaning. Additionally, the hotel's location made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the nearby restaurants and shops.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main square and a short walk to the beach. You are right in the heart of the action, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with a fridge and beach towels provided. The host, Mafalda, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The pool is a great place to relax, with a beautiful view and never too crowded.

One small downside is that the breakfast could be improved. It would be nice if they could have the plates ready for guests to start eating, instead of having to wait for eggs and toast to be prepared.

The host at Bertolina Guest House was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Additionally, the location of the guest house was perfect, just steps away from great restaurants and shops. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and reasonable for the quality of service provided. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service offered by the hotel's employees. The basic amenities in the rooms were also very satisfactory. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with balconies that offered stunning views. Lastly, the breakfast served on the balcony with stunning views was an absolute treat. It was a great way to start the day.

Mafalda, the receptionist, was incredibly nice and made me feel welcome. the pool area and surroundings were absolutely fabulous, offering unique views. Despite being the worst room, it was still decent, and I'm sure the other rooms are even better. the location of the guest house was perfect and the building itself was beautiful. If you're not a light sleeper, the only downside is the noise levels due to the square. I had a great week thanks to Mafalda and her staff's hospitality.

Perfect location and great pool area. the location couldn't have been better as it was located close to all the main attractions and restaurants in the city. the pool area was also great and was a fantastic place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

Our room was not up to par. the room was infested with ants, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Excellent property, lovely pool with beautiful view over old town. Great breakfast. High-quality bed linen and large beds. Everything is very clean, safe, and in a perfect location. Less than 5 min walk to the historic center and beach. Mafalda provided exceptional service, daily room cleaning, and fresh breakfast. Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at a wonderful guest house. the location was absolutely perfect, just a minute's walk to the old town square and a two-minute walk to the beach. It couldn't have been better. the guest house exceeded our expectations with its clean and beautiful interior. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Simone, who made us feel right at home. the amenities, including a pool and communal areas, were excellent. Mafalda arranged our airport shuttle at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The staff went the extra mile for our anniversary and were exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was nice, with comfortable beds and even a balcony. The hotel had great facilities, including a lounge area with a pool table and bikes available. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The pool and its surroundings offered fabulous views.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.
