The staff were incredibly helpful and took the extra mile to assist with everything. They even kept an eye on my taxi reservation and offered to adjust the pick-up time to accommodate my breakfast. The breakfast itself, enjoyed in the lovely garden, was delicious. The hotel's creative use of the original space, being a former engineering school, added a unique charm. The room was comfortable and the variety of breakfast options was impressive.

The hotel even provided toddler toilet seats and a baby bath for my children without me having to ask. The hotel was located in a nice residential area, close enough to the center but away from all the hustle. We found some great restaurants within a 10-minute walk and even a cable car nearby. The breakfast provided was excellent with a lot of variety to choose from. The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful, especially Xavier at the front desk. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
