As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the central and calm neighborhood location of the hotel. The Praça das Amoreiras view was a delightful bonus. The superb breakfast with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail made us feel right at home. It was a lovely surprise to find such a special place in Lisbon. The mini-bar and sitting area added to the overall relaxation. The rooms were soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the electric kettle and flat-screen TV were convenient additions. The dining area and bar/lounge provided a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals, and the staff were friendly and attentive. During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the exquisite breakfast and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the city center, but in a quiet area. Being directly across from a lovely park was a plus. The staff was warm, welcoming, professional and attentive to details.

We were disappointed with the limited bar list, and drinks were average. On top of it all, we had to pay 25 Euro a day for parking, and we had to bring the car to the public parking. Additionally, the air-conditioning was defect and the service was poor. They only offered to have a look after check-out, which was not considerate at all.
