We spent a wonderful new year's eve in a hotel where we were pampered with two complementary facts: we were given a free upgrade to a deluxe suite and a complimentary bottle of champagne. the key location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby botanical gardens, acquaduct and university. the hotel's bar was cozy and intimate, perfect for a relaxing evening drink after a day of sightseeing. the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues. the breakfast buffet was cleared early, and we had to ask for basic items to be replenished.
