I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood near a lovely park with a botanic garden. It's also just a short walk from a great selection of restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable, with a balcony and soundproofed walls ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff here are fantastic; they were always eager to help and their service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the heated swimming pool on the top floor, as well as the bar which served great drinks and snacks.

The maintenance of the rooms could have been improved, with some corners, doors, and curtains needing attention. the rain shower head in our bathroom was quite weak, which was a bit disappointing.

Not one thing.

We had a great time during our xmas holiday in this hotel. We loved the two complementary gifts we received upon arrival which made us feel so welcome. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning which gave us the energy we needed for our busy sightseeing days.

The shower in our room was quite difficult to use and we found the bathroom layout to be a bit odd. the parquet flooring was already in poor condition and we had hoped for a more durable material.

Modern, clean hotel. Excellent staff, comfortable bed, great food, warm pool, good location.
