Superb hotel, top quality food and bar, beautiful rooms, amazing staff, great location.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a great stay at Palacio Ludovice Wine Experience. The hotel's beautifully designed interior and thoughtful restoration of a period property added to the charm of our experience. The location was ideal, close to Barrio Alto and with easy access to all the main attractions. The friendly and caring reception team, especially Deldila, Ricardo, and Joao, made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary sweet bites and port and ginja, a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, with quality options and the option for freshly prepared hot dishes upon request. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly undercooked Eggs Benedict and occasional odd odours, our overall experience was perfect.

Nice square across the street with snack shack open till 2am. Beautiful views from the square. Excellent evening meal with wine pairing. Sommelier and Chef deserve commendation. Helpful reception staff. Mixologist in the bar makes amazing off-menu cocktails. Pleasant aroma in the air. Superb stay, thanks!

The beautifully designed hotel exceeded my expectations with its elegant decor and attention to detail. The location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and charming cafes nearby. One of the best aspects of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries.

While there were many positives, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the breakfast options were limited and the bacon provided was not to my liking.

Spent my Easter break at a lush hotel with amazing scenic views. the spacious rooms were magnificent with high-quality bedding, modern design, and well-appointed bathrooms. the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of wine and pastries every day. the best part was the delicious breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of fresh baked goods and locally sourced produce. the hotel's location was very convenient, within close proximity to everything.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everything from the staff to the room to the food and location was outstanding.
