The staff at the reception desk, especially Rita, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made my stay in Porto much more enjoyable. The breakfast had a great variety of bread, homemade jams, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. The restaurant staff were also very respectful and made a lovely cup of coffee. The bed was super comfortable and clean, ensuring a great night's sleep.

the breakfast selection was amazing with plenty of delicious options, especially the Portuguese tarts. the shower in our room was fantastic, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. the staff was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They even surprised us with fresh fruits and a glass of champagne on their sun terrace to celebrate our honeymoon. the location was great, just a short walk to the more touristy streets, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar.

premium porto downtown exceeded my expectations. the rooftop bar and dining room with city views were fabulous. comfortable room, fluffy pillows, and gourmet food made my stay unforgettable.

I had an amazing stay at Premium Porto Downtown! the room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. But the highlight was definitely the rainforest showerhead in the bathroom. It was the perfect way to unwind and the water never got cold. the location of the hotel was also great, with many attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

We stayed in a hotel in a great location in the old town, just a short walk from the historic sights. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Plus, we loved that we could easily walk to the riverside and even reach the bridge in just 10 minutes.

The wardrobe in the room was quite small and lacked drawers or shelves for our belongings.
