The hotel provided an amazing atmosphere that made me feel like I was living in medieval times. the room was charming and had a spacious bathroom with a heater, which was perfect for my Christmas stay. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and their 24/7 availability was a great resource.

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing, especially the coffee which was of poor quality. the rooms were a bit outdated with awkward keys and not enough sockets.

We had the most amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the sights and just outside the medieval city walls. We were able to explore the city easily and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, while still enjoying a quieter atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options.

Some of the front desk staff, particularly one older male, were unfriendly and indifferent towards guests. There were also some inconveniences such as having to pay extra for using the safe, towels for the pool, and even wine glasses.

I couldn't be happier with the value for money at Real D. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the outer walls and a charming church.
