The rooms could use better lighting, especially in the lower level where the beds are situated.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The fact that it was just a minute's walk from the Chiado Metro station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving me great tips on navigating the city and recommending amazing restaurants. It was also a nice touch that they lent me a bicycle to use for free, allowing me to explore even further.

The location of Stay Hotel Lisboa Centro Chiado is absolutely fantastic. We were able to easily access all the major attractions in Lisbon. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get around with our luggage. The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. The staff, especially Carlotta, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

One minor drawback was the mess up with the breakfast. The equipment was not working and the staff did not show up, resulting in a lack of breakfast options.

The hotel is also close to subway station Baixa Chiado, making it perfect for backpackers with luggage. The Twin Superior room we stayed in was spacious, with comfy beds and a modern style.
