During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the rooms had balconies overlooking the lively streets. Despite the noise outside, once I closed the doors, it was peaceful inside. Another positive aspect was the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. It was a great way to relax and enjoy the views. the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy. the price of the hotel was a bit on the expensive side.

The room was spacious and modern, with a balcony and well-equipped kitchen. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location is within a short walk to a lido and accessible by frequent buses.

The noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, even with the double glazing. the pool area needed more umbrellas and the Jacuzzi was not heated, which was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The room was clean, with a balcony offering views of the gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and terrace were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen area in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet street away from the really noisy street, but still close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. The service was top-notch, with car hire and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping did an excellent job, with the room cleaned and towels changed every day. I also appreciated the in-room amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony where I could relax. The hotel had a lovely dining area and a snack bar, offering a delicious breakfast with an abundant selection. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome with a complimentary welcome drink. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on the top floor provided stunning views of the mountains and sea. the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

However, the hotel's prime location makes up for this inconvenience. It is conveniently situated near bus stops, restaurants, and food shops, allowing easy access to explore all areas of Funchal. Moreover, there are two restaurants right next door, including one with a lovely parrot, where guests can enjoy delicious meals.

The hotel lacks Wi-Fi in some rooms, even after several days of waiting for it to be fixed.

The junior suite was amazing, very spacious with balcony, kitchenette, and fridge. Modern and clean. Heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the roof, towels provided. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. Convenient location, walking distance to the beach and center, with frequent buses available. Fantastic value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is super friendly and eager to help! The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things that you have at home. The location is great, with bus stops and a cheap mercado just around the corner. The beach near Lido is an easy 7-10 minute walk. The rooftop swimming pool is perfect after a day of trekking. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is a safe and calm area, but still has bars and restaurants if you don't want to go to the city center. The bus to the airport is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
