The hotel had stunning design and atmosphere. The air-conditioning was silent and the breakfast was rich and tasty. The rooftop bar, pool, and spa were delightful. The location was great, within walking distance to downtown. The staff was helpful and caring.

The Christmas decorations at the hotel were absolutely stunning, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere throughout. the location of the hotel was perfect, being right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

We were quite disappointed with the size of the room. It felt cramped and there was very limited space to move around.

The hotel's design was stylish and the room had a coffee machine, a small but appreciated touch. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooftop bar provided stunning views and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was consistently delicious and the portions generous. I will definitely be returning!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! the hotel had such a cool vibe and the interiors were absolutely gorgeous. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was also perfect for our leisure trip, with everything we wanted to see and do within walking distance. Plus, the rooftop bar was the ideal spot to relax with a drink and take in the stunning views.

The only downside was that the room was a bit on the dark side, especially when trying to do makeup. It would have been better to have more ambient light in the room.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing recommendations for veggie restaurants. The hotel has a 60's design feel and a rooftop terrace with a great view. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The location is great, close to the city center but in a quiet and convenient residential area. The complimentary local gin&tonic, Lince beer, and salted nuts were a very welcomed addition.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with many high-quality options to choose from. The staff at The Vintage Hotel & Spa were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, even assisting me with a concern I had about my taxi from the airport. The hotel has a unique and personal atmosphere that made me feel welcome during my stay. I highly recommend The Vintage Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Best aspects of our New Year stay were the professional and friendly staff and the perfect hotel location. the hotel is ideally situated near key transportation options and within walking distance to various attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary gin & tonic upon arrival, adding a nice touch to our stay.

Worst aspects were some minor comfort and functionality issues. the room was a bit dark, and the toilet door's tinted glass felt awkward.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the vintage Mid Century style and the SPA at this hotel. The room had fantastic colors and special details, making it aesthetically pleasing and high quality. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was pleasant. The bathroom was functional and offered all necessary items, along with an excellent shower. The indoor pool had a relaxing atmosphere, with great water temperature and ideal hydromassage. I enjoyed an anti-stress massage at the SPA, where the masseuse was kind and efficient. Breakfast was tasty and served a la carte, and the hotel provided parking.

I felt privileged and had no complaints at all.
