The staff provided top-notch service, from the friendly and welcoming reception to the attentive room service. The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. I also loved the indoor pool and fitness/spa areas, which provided enhanced relaxation and wellness options. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality, and service.

communication issues with reception

Exceptional value, clean and spacious rooms. The receptionists were friendly and printed off directions for our next destination. The hotel had a great gym and free wifi that worked well. The location was convenient with a supermarket next door. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Covilhã and had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and I was able to easily explore the city center and nearby towns. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a swimming pool and fitness center, which were great amenities to have.

One thing that could be improved is the signage. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, as the sign was not very clear.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Portugal. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a massive and comfy bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-sized swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The gym was well-equipped, and the coaches were helpful in ensuring we stayed fit. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from a shopping mall and the beautiful mountain of Torre Serra Estrela. Additionally, there were a few restaurants within easy reach in the center of this city.
