We had a great vacation at Agua Hotels! the apartment was clean, spacious, and just a few meters away from the swimming pool. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests or give advice. We loved the big kitchen in the apartment, which had everything we needed. the hotel's location was perfect, allowing for a short walk to town or the cliff paths. the breakfast had a good variety of cooked and continental foods, and the restaurant was excellent for dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

The on-site restaurant provided decent meals, with the fish dishes being particularly delicious. While the location was a bit far from the bustling center of town, there were some great restaurants in the vicinity, and the courtesy bus provided convenient transportation to the beautiful local beach. Situated in a quiet area of the complex and near the shore, it offers a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the old downtown area, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

One aspect that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connectivity. While it works well in some areas of the hotel, such as the kitchen/lounge and balcony, it may not be accessible from the bedroom.

The overall condition of the hotel was quite underwhelming. the noise level from the nearby construction work could be quite bothersome at times, detracting from the overall experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its fully equipped apartment-style rooms, including a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we were greeted with a warm welcome letter. The breakfast choices were excellent, offering a variety of cooked and continental options. The hotel also had two beautiful pools that were well-maintained.

The apartment lacked some essential items, such as a kettle and basic kitchen supplies. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, causing inconvenience during our stay.
