Villa Esmeralda Lagos is an amazing boutique hotel located in a quiet area just steps away from the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a lovely garden and pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Plus, the hotel offers direct beach access through a charming stone path, adding to the convenience and charm of the location.

The hotel doesn't offer Portuguese TV channels, which may be a drawback for some guests.

My Christmas holiday at this hotel was amazing! the beach is just a short walk away and it was nice to have direct access to it. There were also two lovely restaurants nearby serving delicious seafood dishes. the best part of my stay was the wonderful staff who were always friendly and ready to help. They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine on Christmas Day which was a lovely touch.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking which made it hard for me to get comfortable at night. the room I stayed in didn't have a balcony or a view of the ocean which was a bit disappointing.

I loved being able to walk just a few steps and find myself on the beach, enjoying the sun and sea. The hotel itself had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large bathroom. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast included in the stay, with fresh and tasty options served every morning. It was the perfect start to each day of my holiday.
