This cozy and modern apartment was situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the town. We were able to easily explore the nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-stocked, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garage parking was a great convenience, ensuring that our rental car was safe and secure during our visit.

There was a construction site nearby that operated from early in the morning, causing some disruption and noise throughout the day.

We stayed in Apartment 5 at Villa Esmeralda and it was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding, and all the amenities provided were useful. The location was ideal, and the complimentary on-site parking was a godsend since we had a rental car. The staff treated us incredibly well, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The property was immaculate and well cared for, with a parking garage that was incredibly convenient. The unit itself, Superior #3, was bright, comfortable. The WiFi worked great, allowing my husband and I to work from different areas of the unit. The maintenance woman did a fantastic job keeping the property clean, and there was even a cute and easy-to-use laundry place nearby. Additionally, there were loads of restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find delicious meals.

I recently stayed at Villa Esmeralda for a week while exploring the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. The hotel was a contemporary and stylish oasis in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The apartment-style units were incredibly clean and fully stocked, making it feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the lovely common area and the convenience of garage parking. It was a beautiful and serene place to stay, with easy access to all the shops, bars, and restaurants in the old town.
