Tryp in Mayaguez was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. the staff was extremely friendly and efficient with our requests, making our stay pleasant. the modern amenities added to the overall experience. the gym was well-equipped, enhancing our stay.

Pet fee of $75.

I stayed at Tryp in Mayaguez for a weekend getaway. the location was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. the modern decor and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. the coffee service in the room was a nice touch, and the pool and spacious parking lot added to the convenience.

Can just recommend this hotel.

First stay staff helped with luggage. Perfect fit for me: Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Outdoor pool. Romantic escape keeps bringing me back. This place has it all: Fitness center, Flat-screen TV, Business center, Board games, Air conditioning, No smoking.

We found the hotel to be clean, with friendly staff, a nice pool, and convenient parking. the location close to the plaza was excellent. The modern decor and AC made our stay comfortable, and we appreciated the disability access room. Cons: Zero issues.

The location was convenient, close to the plaza and several restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant overall. the room was clean and there was ample parking available, which was convenient for guests with vehicles.

The pool was cold due to a broken heater. There were early morning disturbances, including a loud fire alarm at 7:30 am and noisy guests outside the room.

The hotel was a great place for a romantic escape. the rooms were spotless and comfortable. We especially loved the convenient location near the city center and plenty of dining options.

Although we loved everything else about the hotel, the pool was too cold to enjoy and the fire alarms going off early in the morning wasn't ideal for a relaxing vacation.
