I had a great stay at Ambient! The family room was perfect for our group with 3 little kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning on both floors. The beds were really comfortable, and they even provided a baby crib for us. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was accommodating to our picky eaters. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town. Plus, the free parking was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of the city where all of the main attractions are. It is just a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking right out front, which is a great advantage for those traveling by car.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at Hotel Ambient. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, our overall experience was positive and we would recommend this hotel.

We had a top floor room which was actually a 2 story suite with sitting area, fridge, small balcony, and bathroom with jacuzzi downstairs and bed and TV upstairs. The air conditioning unit was downstairs, so a ceiling fan would have really helped to circulate the air upstairs. Fortunately there were two opening skylights on the upper floor which helped a little bit with the air circulation. Desk staff were neutral. The parking attendant was very helpful. Breakfast was a standard European selection. Supper was pretty good. The elevator for the building is an interesting modern glass design. The main pedestrian zone for Brasov is about 4 blocks away. A Lidl grocery store is 1 block away which is incredibly convenient.

The shower temperature was difficult to control, which made it uncomfortable. the noise level of heavy loaders outside and the unprofessional attitude of some staff members created some unpleasant moments.
