The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all important central areas. We enjoyed the complementary freshly baked cookies upon check-in, a small gesture that made us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices and we appreciated being able to have breakfast a few minutes before the official opening time.

The room was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room. We had to sleep with the windows open, but this meant we were disturbed by the noise from outside.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the window. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. The pool on the top floor was an absolute treat, with a stunning panoramic view. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Cluj.

The massage I had was relaxing and enjoyable creating an unforgettable experience. Cons: the Restaurant buffet was a little underwhelming, with limited choices on a particular day. the food was of excellent quality and freshly prepared.
