Fantastic location, breathtaking view, excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast choices.

Nothing is perfect.

My recent stay at Hotel Rusu was a truly enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was easily accessible from Petrosani, allowing me to conveniently explore various ski resorts in the area. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with great heating and sound isolation. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of private parking. The highlight of my stay, however, was the food. The restaurant offered a delicious menu, including a memorable tenderloin dish. The breakfast choices were also varied and satisfying. The staff at Hotel Rusu were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making it a truly pleasant experience.

While I had a wonderful stay overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi and cell service in the room were not the best, which occasionally made internet access a bit challenging.

The hotel had an amazing view of the mountains and was located near a chairlift, perfect for skiing or hiking. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant where they offered delicious food at an affordable price. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices to start the day with energy.

The rooms could use some renovation, especially the tiles and balcony balustrade, which looked old and worn out. the beds were not too comfortable, and the carpet had some stains.

I stayed at Hotel Rusu for a weekend ski trip and had a great time. The hotel is incredibly close to the ski lift, which was super convenient. Our room, with a mountain view, was spacious and had an amazing view. Despite a slight chill on Friday, the room warmed up nicely for the rest of our stay. The value for money was excellent, and the staff, particularly Victor and Nicolae, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the prices for food and beverages were reasonable. a fantastic choice for skiing or hiking, with breathtaking views and helpful staff.

The hotel is ideally located right next to the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for bike riders. The breathtaking view of the mountains adds to the overall charm of the location. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-furnished, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes.

The pricing policy for certain rooms could be reconsidered to provide better value for money.
