The fact that it is situated in a gated area added an extra sense of safety and peace of mind. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink all included. The room amenities were impressive, including everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a stoep overlooking a beautiful valley. It is situated in a very safe area and close to many malls and good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large four poster bed and a separate dressing room. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served on the balcony is excellent.

One of the negative aspects mentioned in the reviews is that some of the air conditioners in the rooms don't work, which can be inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short drive away from the airport and close to many of the main attractions in the area. the views were breathtaking, with stunning scenery wherever you looked. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Some of the amenities were also in need of maintenance, which made our stay less comfortable than it could have been. However, despite these issues, we still had a lovely time and would consider staying here again in the future.
