Convenient location for Cape Town activities, beautiful rooms, excellent customer service, great breakfast selection, value for money.

I was amazed by the beautiful buildings and well-kept gardens at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the spa treatments were the best I've ever had. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially when enjoyed on the Oak Terrace. The highlight of my stay was dining at Seventeen07, where the service and food were outstanding. I had a fantastic and memorable experience at Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were fulfilled at this hotel. the service was attentive and welcoming. the Spa & wellness centre offered a range of body treatments, including massages and facials. the swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can relax and enjoy the garden area. the restaurant served a delicious Continental breakfast and outdoor dining area with a magnificent view.

One minor issue was that the pub does not meet previous expectations. the food was still excellent, but the portion size has decreased, while prices remain high.

Had a weekend away at a hotel recently. Rooms were comfy and the staff were friendly. the buffet breakfast and cooked options were really delicious. the spa area was also a nice place to relax.

I stayed at a hotel with a fabulous location. It was close to the airport and surrounding famous vineyards. The hotel had beautiful gardens and a quaint English pub where we could relax. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was attentive and service-minded, making our stay enjoyable. We had a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options. The hotel also had a spa area with indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for relaxing.

The room was a bit basic and could use an upgrade.

The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning. We were surrounded by beautiful Cape Dutch buildings and lush gardens, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The Lurra spa was a highlight, offering both beauty and tranquility. The restaurant and bar area were beautifully decorated, and the staff provided exceptional service. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find a variety of delicious and fresh food options.

We felt cared for during our entire stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

We had a delightful stay at a beautiful estate with gorgeous gardens. The property was quiet and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were deliciously presented and we even enjoyed dinner at their surprisingly good restaurant. The service throughout was exceptional, particularly from Susan in the restaurant and the helpful housekeeping staff. The spa facilities were superb and we were grateful for the off-street parking. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Excellent service and beautiful surroundings at this lovely hotel. We stayed during winter and the grounds were well-maintained. Despite the season, the staff was always responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the spa, which provided a wonderful experience with exceptional massage therapists. The location is perfect for visiting wineries. The only small downside was the lack of on-site exercise facilities. the room, staff, and environment exceeded expectations. Highly recommend. I highly recommend this hotel for a winter getaway.

our recent stay in somerset west was fantastic - erinvale estate hotel & spa exceeded our expectations. the spacious rooms, beautiful patio, and friendly staff made our long stay enjoyable. the outside restaurant and breakfasts were delightful, and the location was perfect with nearby golf and wine estates.

Coffee machines need improvement.
