the room was spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed. the soft pillows and carpets made it even more relaxing. the hotel's location was ideal, as everything we needed was within walking distance. Special shoutout to Melusi at the reception for being so friendly and helpful. His polite request to lower our voices during karaoke showed his professionalism and kindness. a great experience.

The hotel offered two complementary drinks and snacks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, situated near many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area and taking in all that the city had to offer. Plus, the room had access to Netflix, so we could relax and watch some of our favorite shows in the evenings.

Our xmas stay at this hotel was ruined by several factors. the bathroom facilities were in desperate need of cleaning, with dirty shower glass walls, moldy doors and floors, and even moldy ceilings.
