The buffet and breakfast were delicious. Friendly staff and attentive manager. Exquisite facility with breathtaking views. Fresh croissants and peaceful boat cruise. Amazing experience with caring staff. Sundowner cruise and spa were must-try activities.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an incredible stay at Jozini Tiger Lodge & Spa! The receptionist, Thembekile, was so attentive and our room exceeded expectations. The dining staff, especially maHlabisa and Khosi, were friendly and sweet. The pool area was the best in the country and perfect for enjoying a drink or two. The breathtaking dam views were truly unforgettable. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious and we commend the chef and kitchen team. The trail walk was both scenic and informative, thanks to our guide, Bab'Gumede. The spacious rooms easily accommodated our family of four, and the meticulously maintained gardens added to the overall charm.

The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. the views from our room were breathtaking and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink and the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shops.

The beds were uncomfortable and we would have preferred a king-size bed instead of two single beds pushed together. we had a good experience during our Easter break at this hotel, although there were some aspects that could be improved.

I had a fantastic time at this lodge, surrounded by nature and enjoying the beautiful dam view. The dining experience was great, especially the friendly service from Sabelo at the restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The kids had a blast by the dam, creating fun memories. the location, room facilities, and service made my stay delightful.

One aspect that could be improved is the spa service, as some guests had mixed experiences with massages and amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience! The location of this place is amazing and I loved having a view of the lake from my room's terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service, from the cleaning staff to management. I also appreciated the variety of amenities such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pools, and game room. The leisure activities like hiking, cycling, fishing and canoeing were great too. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities I required including flat-screen tv, tea and coffee facilities, and kitchen utensils.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
