The friendly staff, led by Maxwell, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs made to order. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool, savoring the peaceful ambiance and the stunning views of the surrounding wine country. The open fireplaces in the common areas added a cozy touch to the overall experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily access all the attractions and activities in the city. the view from the hotel was stunning, with beautiful mountains in sight. the shower in our room was absolutely amazing, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience.

the lack of security in the car park led to our car being broken into, causing us a great inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at Chapter House Boutique Hotel by the Living Journey Collection. the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. the newly added accommodations were stunning, and the overall ambiance of the property was beautiful. the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with high-quality ingredients and a cooked-to-order option that was delicious. the hotel's location was perfect - close to the main street but still quiet and peaceful. We were particularly impressed with the outstanding customer service when we encountered a room issue. Not only were we promptly moved to a different room, but we also received a complimentary bottle of wine. an exceptional place to stay with great customer service. We will definitely be returning.

Stylish and elegant, this hotel offered a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, like the serene and inviting outdoor swimming pool and the peaceful sun terrace with comfortable loungers, made my stay feel indulgent and lavish. the staff was attentive and provided top-notch service. the location was also perfect, only a short walk away from the main street and wine tram.

Despite this, the hotel offered plenty of other relaxation options in the spa & wellness centre, garden area, and leisure/TV room.

The hotel was close to the town centre, yet far enough away to enjoy some tranquility when needed.
