I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events in the business district. the meeting rooms were well-equipped and facilitated our productive discussions.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Situated in a great area, the hotel is near the beach, restaurants, and shops. Close to entertainment options such as Gateway Mall. the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.

Reception staff needs improvement in handling guest concerns more efficiently.

During my stay at Town Lodge, I found the cleanliness to be exceptional and appreciated the efficient check-in process. the staff were welcoming and the beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of the hotel. the restaurant offered delicious meals and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. the buffet breakfast was delightful, and the convenient location near a mall was a bonus.

Despite a few hiccups, my recent stay was quite eventful. the fire alarm scare in the early morning was unexpected, to say the least. the only upside was being near the Moto cafe, a true saving grace. I appreciated the efficient housekeeping service provided by Zinhle and the friendly staff. the room design and location suited my needs perfectly; a definite recommendation for a family getaway. Looking forward to returning and hopefully enjoying a peaceful night's rest.

The proximity to the mall was a great advantage, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds provided a pleasant stay. the friendly staff and the holding room for our bags were much appreciated.

One of the negative aspects was the lack of a fridge in the rooms, which would have been useful for storing food and drinks. Another drawback was the limited flexibility in terms of early check-in, as we had requested an early arrival but were not able to access our room until later.
