The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the subway and close proximity to a major attraction. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with incredible city views at night. The staff, particularly Olga, provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to rectify any issues.

Not ideal for non-Russian speakers, with instances of miscommunication and delays in service.

the room showcased modern furnishings and great views, making it a relaxing and comfortable space to stay. the private facilities, such as the pool and fitness center, were superb and met all my fitness needs.

While the food was adequate, it was not as good as I had expected from a 5-star hotel.

The bed was super comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bar served tasty beer as recommended by the friendly barman. The cozy fireplace in the foyer was a great spot to relax with a cup of tea and cake.

The hotel is impressive, with modern and clean facilities. Our room had an amazing view which made our stay more enjoyable. the breakfast selection was diverse, and they even offered complementary drinks and snacks at the bar. the price was reasonable and worth it for the quality of the hotel.

Although the hotel location was convenient, the traffic in the area was sometimes a bit heavy. there were some issues with the air conditioning unit, which made the room temperature uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Room amenities were excellent, including bathroom amenities, coffee refill, complimentary water, and bathrobes. Complimentary WiFi and great views of the city. The lobby had a bar and restaurant. Convenient location with supermarkets, pharmacy, pub, and snack places nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a modern and clean design, making for a pleasant stay. The suite rooms were amazing, and the restaurant was adorable. I particularly enjoyed the nice view of the city center at night. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as long check-in and some imperfect aspects in the luxury room, my overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.
