A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service

We recently surprised my wife with a trip to SB and our stay at the Pearl Hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff provided excellent, professional, and friendly service. The beach and restaurant/bar service were also top-notch, with consistently great food and drinks. The beach itself was beautiful and we can't wait to return. The hotel provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and sun-filled vacation. we had an amazing time and would highly recommend Pearl Hotel to others.

Breakfast and dinner were great. The bar and beach staff were friendly and remembered us. The front desk staff went above and beyond. Cleaning staff were always nice. The location was excellent, one of the prettiest beaches on the island. The rooms were clean and contemporary. Great place to stay.

We loved waking up and going for a swim in the crystal-clear waters. The service at this place was exceptional, some of the best we have ever experienced. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping. The hotel had great amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool and a spa lounge. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which had a young and hip vibe. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a phenomenal stay at this beach-front hotel. The facilities were stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed taking a dip in the pool, which provided a refreshing break from the beach. The inclusive breakfast was delicious, and the welcome champagne was a nice touch. The hotel also offered convenient pick up and drop off services from the ferry and airport, making it a great value for upscale accommodations.

Had a great stay in St Barths with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an easy access to the beach and pool. the best aspect was the delicious French breakfast with amazing pastries. Also appreciated the free parking and convenient beach services. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the island while still feeling secluded.

This affordable beachfront hotel is located on one of the most iconic beaches, making it perfect for young holiday goers. The spacious rooms and lovely back terrace provide privacy and relaxation. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and professional, while the cleaning staff kept the rooms in great shape. The service is exceptional, and the hotel offers delicious food and superb people. The beach boys are welcoming and make your stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located close to Gustavia, the airport, shopping areas, and the beautiful St. Jane beach.

I had an amazing time staying at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the airport and quite close to the piano bar. It was so convenient to be able to watch the planes take off and land without any noise disturbance. The room I stayed in was super clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a stunning view of St. Jean beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and always went out of their way to ensure that I had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the French pastries. The beach services were excellent, and I enjoyed spending time by the pool as well. it was a fantastic experience.

That some of the bar/restaurant staff could be a bit obnoxious and rude. They didn't always have the best attitude and seemed disinterested in providing good service.

A little slice of paradise on a stunning beach. The breakfast every morning was a great bonus, and the beach service was impeccable thanks to Teddy and the rest of the attentive staff. Can't wait to return!

The hotel had amazing beach access and was conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. the atmosphere felt cozy and private, and the staff were exceptional. the rooms were comfortable with high ceilings and a nice layout. I particularly enjoyed my beachfront deluxe room with its large oceanfront deck.

The service could have been friendlier and more engaging. the steak that I ordered for lunch was disappointing, but the tuna sashimi was perfect.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach of St. Jean Bay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and seamless. From arranging car rentals to contacting our airline for a later flight, they truly provided exceptional service. The room was comfortable and clean, with housekeeping making sure everything was perfect multiple times a day. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the bar and beach staff were friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were at home, and we can't wait to come back!
