I always return for city trips. Helpful staff recommended a local taxi on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, fitness center, spa, and more. I appreciate the amenities like flat-screen TV, kitchenette, and business center.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat and it exceeded my expectations. The spacious rooms, Executive Lounge access, and complimentary amenities made my stay comfortable and productive. The business center and meeting rooms were convenient for work, and the complimentary refreshments throughout the day were a nice touch.

The kids' amenities available on request were a hit with our children. They were thrilled with the Kids Welcome package and the dedicated Kids Breakfast experience, where they got to enjoy a specially curated breakfast just for them.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the kids' experience by offering more organized children's activities on the premises.

The location is excellent, close to the Holy Mosque entrance. The hotel is new and clean. Many good facilities nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Conrad in Mecca for a few days. The hotel staff were exceptional, with warm smiles and helpful attitudes from the bellboys to the reception staff. Special mention goes to Tayyub Javed, Habibullah Mohamed, Bayaden Saeef, and Ahmed Hamad from the dining room staff who made each morning dining experience delightful. The rooms were immaculately cleaned, and the cleaning staff were always available for assistance. The hotel's location near Masjid Al Haram was convenient, and there were ample dining and shopping options nearby.

Perfect location with malls downstairs, spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, amazing staff, and plenty of storage areas. Live azaan and salaah can be heard in rooms, and they also offer an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. It is a great hotel experience that will leave you wanting to come back.

The fusion of contemporary and traditional Islamic architecture at the hotel is truly exquisite. The beautiful design and general areas make it easy for senior people to navigate and appreciate the cultural and religious significance of the location with ease.

A more tailored vacation experience for senior guests would be enhanced by ensuring the children of the staff are attentive to specific needs.

I enjoyed the hotel's perfect location, which was within walking distance to the holy mosque and a food court, located right beside the tower. The hotel offered various services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff was friendly and polite, always prompt in addressing any requests. The hotel rooms and amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and soundproofed rooms, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Our stay at Conrad was amazing! The proximity to the haram was perfect and made our trip stress-free. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had something for everyone. Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel presents exclusive amenities that meet our luxurious needs. the service was exceptional with accommodating staff, providing personalized service, and addressing requests efficiently. the Spa & wellness centre is fantastic, and the Jacuzzi guarantees relaxation. the Leisure/ TV room is comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a long day. the room advantages were impressive, with lavish finishes, stylish furniture, and modern technology. the Restaurant offers delectable dishes, and the In, room breakfast is just a treat. the Bar/ lounge area is cozy and inviting, with great drinks and courteous staff.

We had a minor issue with the Snack bar, with limited choices that didn't meet our expectations. Regardless of this flaw, the Special diet menus were impressive, providing a wide range of options for varying dietary needs.

I stayed at this amazing hotel in the heart of the holy city. The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and sparkling clean. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the Haram. The staff treated me like a VIP, always with a smile and ready to assist.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel is a great value for money. It's located within walking distance from the holy mosque, in a nice mall that is relatively less crowded than the others. I also appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially Hussain from housekeeping who kept the rooms in great condition.

We recently stayed at Conrad for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location, just 800m from the Haram Makky, was perfect for our pilgrimage. Our room was spacious and the staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite and professional. Special thanks to MRFaisal at the front desk for upgrading our room and assisting with our luggage. The breakfast was delicious and we were impressed with the service from Receptionists Ghaida, Hiam, and Nema, as well as the restaurant waiters, Saudi Raid Alharbi and Phlibino Saunata. Also, the security team led by Walead Alhazimi did a great job.
