This hotel is in a great location, close to both the airport and the sea. It's easy to access and very near to the beach, making it a perfect spot for tourists. The rooms are spacious and the beds are wide and comfortable. The hotel offers a great breakfast with delicious food, well cooked and flavored. The staff is friendly, welcoming and cooperative. Some areas in the hotel need more attention when it comes to cleaning.

The lighting system in the rooms is complicated and requires some level of expertise to operate.

The staff were excellent - attentive, polite, and patient. They made our stay special, especially Christa, the customer services manager, who made the start of our stay very memorable. Bernardo, at the door, was also friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the city center and the Utilita Arena. It was clean and had excellent facilities, including parking and transportation options. The view of the cathedral from our room was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast at Crowne Plaza was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options including sushi, fresh fruit and juices. The staff were accommodating and English speaking, making everything easy for me. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that meet all your needs. the sun terrace, outdoor swimming pool, and spa & wellness centre make it possible to relax and unwind. the private facilities offer exclusive room advantages that brought us a comfortable stay. the location advantages allowed us to explore the city easily.

We only had a minor issue with some slow service at reception, but it did not impact our overall stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, except for one unfortunate encounter with a rude Saudi front desk member.

The best things about my stay were the fantastic breakfast options and the friendly, English-speaking staff. the menu had a wide range of choices, from fresh fruits to delicious sushi and juices made right in front of you. Another great aspect was the hotel's location, conveniently close to the famous Corniche and within walking distance of many food eateries. It was great to be able to take leisurely walks along the waterfront and enjoy the picturesque King Fahad Fountain.

The main downside was the small room size, even though I was upgraded to a suite. It was surprising to find that the suite was just about the same size as a regular room.

The room space and pool were great for us as young people. The staff at breakfast were amazing and even gave us a complimentary cake for my daughter's birthday. The location was convenient, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Fast check-in made us feel special. Our room had a sea view and we could partially see the fountain. the stay at Crowne Plaza was comfortable and made us feel at home.

Felt welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of baked goods that were always freshly made. we appreciated the complementary toiletries provided in the room.

Despite informing the front desk that we expected daily cleaning, our room was often left uncleaned for hours after we had gone out for the day. Several times we had to request housekeeping to come to our room.
