I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Medina for my holy travel. The property is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Haram, making it extremely convenient for pilgrims. The front office staff was very helpful and accommodated our request for an early check-in without any hassle. The room itself was great, with a comfy bed and excellent facilities. The room service and food were also top-notch, with a variety of options available. our experience was lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel for future visits.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with neat and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including plushy beds, fluffy pillows, and comfy blankets, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Mosque of the Prophet, which was very convenient for our religious purposes. There were also plenty of mini bazaars around the hotel, offering a variety of souvenirs for us to bring back home.

During our Christmas stay, we received two complimentary breakfast vouchers that we enjoyed in the hotel's restaurant. the hotel's proximity to major attractions and public transportation was a bonus. we appreciated the helpfulness of the telephone operator who assisted us with our inquiries.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, and there were some grimey and stained carpets. the front desk reception was slow.

I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel during my recent trip. The location of this place is very convenient to the Haram, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby to choose from. The room service was excellent, and the staff provided me with everything I needed during my stay, including dry cleaning, laundry, and an airport shuttle. The rooms themselves were very comfortable with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofing. I also appreciated the in-room dining option where I was able to enjoy the dining table whilst having breakfast.
