the location in Ashar Valley is simply magical, offering breathtaking views that make you feel like you're in another world. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the cabins were comfortable and beautifully designed, making it hard to leave. We enjoyed the excellent service and delicious food, and even had the chance to witness two rainbows after a short rain. Electric bikes were provided for convenient transportation around the resort. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Habitas Al'Ula.

I recently had an amazing stay at Habitas, a truly exceptional hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable, and every little requirement was surprisingly delivered without us even asking. The housekeeping team went above and beyond, and I have never seen such efforts during my travels. The location was also exceptional, with breathtaking sunrise views. The accommodation was comfortable, with cozy room decoration and a wonderful terrace. The staff everywhere was nice and helpful, and I appreciated the availability of bicycles to explore the resort.

It was an exclusive and luxurious experience at the hotel, with a beautiful location and stunning views. the staff was very attentive and exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were fantastic with a vast range of treatments and a relaxing ambiance. the private facilities were outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed the in-room breakfast and outdoor dining area with stunning views.

There was a slight issue with the live entertainment as it was too loud for me, but that was just a minor inconvenience. this hotel has a great combination of excellent service and amenities, and the location provides an exceptional experience.

The staff seemed to be treated unfairly. the front desk staff was inconsistent with communication, and it was unprofessional that she suddenly stopped responding when she went on holiday the next day.
